MY STORY
From diagnosing patients to diagnosing systems
I spent ten years as a family doctor. In that time you learn to work methodically under pressure, ask the right questions fast, and find what’s actually causing the problem, not just treat the symptoms.
When we moved to Sitges, I had time to think about what came next. I tried a few things: a crochet pattern business, an online course on nutrition and menopause. Neither took off the way I hoped. But both times, the part I had genuinely enjoyed was building the backend. Setting up the systems, automating the flow, making it run. That pattern told me something.
I started doing it for other coaches, and it became clear quickly how much they needed it. Not because they couldn’t figure it out eventually, but because they didn’t have the time, and it was costing them more than they realised to keep putting it off.
The diagnostic thinking from medicine translated directly. Look at what is actually costing the most time. Identify what is disconnected. Fix the foundation first, then layer in automation and AI. Not the other way around.

We look at your full backend before touching anything. Where is time leaking? What’s manual that shouldn’t be? Which tools aren’t talking to each other? The picture becomes clear quickly.

Organise the foundation first
Before any automation goes in, the structure needs to hold it. I organise your workspace, your client flow, your processes, so everything has a logical place and a clear path.

Once the foundation is solid, I build and manage the automations that remove the manual work. You get time back. Your systems run in the background. You understand how it all works.
